Deepa Bhaskar

Deepa Bhaskar is a film actress, singer as well as a classical dancer. Her acting, singing, and dancing skills were all famous all over the India. For the first time, she was introduced in Tiger Pravakar’s movie as a child sensation. She acted in many south Indian movies as a lead actor. Whenever a movie released by this actress, it hit the box office. She has also acted in many serial and stage plays. Currently, she is directing a play Gathi, which is based on social issues. The play explores the generation of a grandfather and a granddaughter. Even after sixty years of independence, parents don’t understand their children, the mindset of their children. Through this play, she wants to tell the society that there is a generation gap.

She took away the hearts of many fans with her acting skills. She was strenuous in her acting. They can’t understand their children. It is not that their children are wrong, they are right according to the pace of society, but parents fail to understand that. She has dubbed around 250 movies. She has learned Kathak and has attended many International festivals. She was rewarded with many awards like:

• For child talk show she received Aryabhata award for child Anchor.

• In 2001, she received best child actor female.

• In 2004, she got a best dubbing actress award. She has got three awards for the best dubbing actress.
