Nayana Nagaraj is an Indian actress who has worked in the Kannada film and TV industry. She was born on February 3, 1998, in Shimoga district of Karnataka, India. Her father Nagaraj works as a Government official and her mother Kamala is a housewife and they have been very supportive of her and have encouraged her to take up dancing at an early age. She attended school in Shimoga and later moved to Bangalore to pursue modeling and acting. She is also an expert in singing and dancing and has training in classical dance. She is also a renowned social activist. She became famous using social media like Instagram and YouTube initially. Her debut in the TV industry was through the daily soap Ginirama. Her big break movie was Samartha, which was released in 2018. Later she participated in Bigg Boss Kannada show in 2021. She has won many awards during her early days in the industry. She married her long-term boyfriend Suhas Shivanna on June 16, 2024.
