Shivaraj K R Pete

One of the most hard-working actors currently in the show business of the Kannada film industry, Shivaraj KR Pete is an actor and comedian who was born on 4th April 1982 in Mandya, Karnataka. Shivaraj left his hometown very early and started living in Mumbai as he always aspired to be an actor. He knew Mumbai is the place, the tinsel town, the glamour hub, and more importantly the city where is the biggest film industry. As soon as he reached Mumbai, Shivaraj was absolutely gobsmacked by the number of people, who come in every year to Mumbai in hopes of making it a big shot by showcasing their talents. Soon Shivaraj started to go for auditions and in order to cover his expenses, Shivaraj struggled and decided to work as a bar supplier for quite a few months. He later became a pure water distributor and started to earn a living. But he knew that wasn’t enough for him and his initial dreams, the ones which he came to fulfill in the first place is what he shall pursue.

He started taking acting classes, the acting classes were with a theatre group and naturally as Shivaraj finally showcased his acting talents, he started getting offers to act in theatre plays and stage shows. As soon as his diploma was completed, he started working even more so with the theatre group, and eventually, the acting chops he had, his hard work led him to work as an assistant director in the film Prithvi, one of the biggest Kannada films of the year. Shivaraj finally made his mark and then later he was offered a job on TV9 channel as a comedic artist on the show Arali Katte. The hilarious comedy show allowed Shivaraj to showcase his amazing comedic talents and his voice became quite famous and hence he became a voice artist on the show Neevu Heliddu Naavu Keliddu where his comedic timing was highly praised.

Later after becoming famous, he was offered to participate in Comedy Khiladigalu, a comedy reality TV show competition that Shivaraj went on to win. He became an overnight superstar after winning it and won the hearts of everyone who used to watch the show. Since then, he has worked in over 10 feature films, films like Maduve Dibbana, Chambal, Yajamana, Brahmachari and his latest will be releasing in 2021, it is known as Pursot Rama.
