Sukrutha Wagle is a Kannada actress who shot to fame with the 2013 movie Jatta. Before her career in acting, she was an air hostess for over three years. The film Jatta centers on the life of a forest guard whose wife has eloped with a tourist. He meets a feminist (Wagle) with whom he has a lot of ideological conflicts. The public and the critics received this movie extremely well.
