After completing his graduation, he started his career in the industry as a director working in Majestic (2002), besides this, he has also directed some other movies like Don (2003), Daasa (2003), Sardaara (2004), Shastri (2005), Paagal (2011), etc.
In some movies, he came from behind the camera and worked as an actor, as in Dhurva (2002), Ambi (2006), Bidda (2008), Devru (2009), etc. He is still working as a director as well as an actor in the industry.
