Prakash, a popular film director in the Kannada film industry, is fondly called as Milana Prakash. Prakash didn’t start his career as a cinema director. He had been working in the United Kingdom as an Investment Banker. Due to his passion for cinema, he returned to India and searched for the opportunities in the dream factory. He forayed into Kannada films with Khushi, featuring Vijay Raghavendra. Prakash scripted and directed the film Khushi, which made a super hit at the box office.

During the making of the film, Prakash developed a good bonding with the hero Vijay Raghavendra. After the superhit success of the movie, Vijay and Prakash worked together in four films in regular intervals. Later, Prakash directed Puneeth Rajkumar in “Milana,” which is adjudged as a super hit film in the career of both the director and the actor. The film made a successful run in the theaters for a year. To be precise, the film ran for 450 days in PVR. For directing the super hit film, Milana, Prakash was awarded as the Best Director of the year. His “Vamshi” was also a super hit film with the same actor. Vamshi made a super hit run in the theaters for 100 days. He took a break in his career for six years after “Gokula” with Vijay Raghavendra.

In 2015, he reentered into Sandalwood with a fresh subject, Siddhartha. It is the debut film of Vinay Rajkumar, son of Raghavendra Rajkumar. The film, which also featured Apoorva Arora was a good launch pad for Vinay. When “ Sudeep” was working in “ Ranna,” it was announced that he would be working with Prakash in his next. But, the project didn’t materialize. Now, Milana Prakash has announced a project with Darshan Thoogudeep. The film will be a family entertainer and is all set to launch on 9th December 2016. Besides directing the movies, Prakash has also produced a Kannada serial Lakumi under the banner Sri Jaimatha Combines.

Ganesh Raj is one of the most promising new generation directors in Malayalam Cinema. The youthful director’s getting a "fantasy make a big appearance" in Mollywood with Aanandam. Post his B.Tech course, he moved away from the engineering field and joined film industry as the Assistant Director (AD) to Vineeth Sreenivasan. Ganesh' first movie as AD was 2012 surprise hit Thattathin Marayathu. Later he was AD in Vineeth's Thira, Jacobinte Swargarajyam and Anjali Menon's Bangalore Days. During this time he wrote and directed two short films as well, titled Where Do You Live? (2011) and Oru Kutti Chodyam (2012). After JSR, Ganesh took a break to write the script for his debut directorial venture, Aanandam. This flick also became Vineeth's debut as a producer. Ganesh Raj said that this film will be built on the life of a gathering of Engineering Students As per the blessing of Vineeth Sreenivasan, he started scripting the screenplay of the film and finalized it utilizing 4 years' chance. He tries to do as many independent works as he can. Since TM and OKC, he has directed an advertisement, one corporate video, a product video and a music video. He tries, what's more, takes distinctive sorts of ventures. It helps as he learns something completely new with each project. He says he hasn't done enough work that he needs a break yet so now he is totally enjoying every work that comes his way. He is, what's more, takes diverse sorts of activities.
