Ambali started her acting career as an actress in supporting roles in TV series and movies. In 2021, Ambali played a small role in the mythological movie Sree Allama Prabhu, directed by Sharan Gadwal. This is her second movie. Her first movie didn’t release in theatres. Ambali has also played in stage dramas. In 2024, Ambali made her debut as the lead actress in the horror thriller Naa Ninna Bidalare, produced by KUB Productions. Naveen GS directed the film.
