Actor Vikas

Vikas is an Indian director, actor, and writer based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is predominantly associated with the Karnataka Film Industry. He started his career as an assistant director in TV serials and got fascinated by an editing machine for the first time when he worked with it so he decided to become an editor. He worked with several directors, and some of them even offered some character roles to play in the TV serials. He became popular by acting in various TV Serials, but serials such as Guptagamini and Kadambari helped him gain popularity and recognition as an actor.

As an actor, he made his film debut with a film called Nandhi, starring Kannada actor Sudeep. Vikas played the role of Sudeep's friend in the movie. The film deals with the topic of black magic and the occult. The film also received a brilliant response from the critics. Vikas was also nominated for the best debutant director at the South Indian International Movie Awards in the year 2014. After the success of the movie, Vikas began to be counted among the list of talented Sandalwood directors. In the same year, Vikas also played the role of Hanumantu’s friend in Kaddipudi.
