Gergana Raykova is a Violinist. She was born on the 5th of August 1983 in Burgas, Bulgaria. Gergana had worked in the Bollywood film industry. Since childhood, she has been interested in music. She learned violin and piano in Mozarteum, Salzburg. She had received a scholarship from The Royal College of Music in London and completed graduation with Bmus with Honours (Violin) and PGDip in Performance (violin). In 2000, Gergana made her solo performance debut in “State the philharmonic Orchestra” in Bulgari. After a year, she performed the Mendelssohn Violin Concert at the same place. She has an emotional depth in her performance. Gergana made her television debut on MTV (Unplugged), where she sang a song with Ash King.
In 2016, Gergana did a live performance of music from the movie “Barfi!” with the famous Musician Pritam and she received a number of awards for her singing. Gergana was one of the jury members of the Hindi reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs’ on Zee TV. Currently, she lives in Cobham, Surrey, where she teaches Violin at ‘The Yehudi Menuhin School.’ She is fond of western classical discipline, traditions, and cultures. Gergana had grace in her voice.
