Amy Paffrath

Amy Paffrath was born July 22, 1983. She is an American television host and actress. She was born in St. Louis to Mark and Mary Paffrath. Her late grandfather Hermann Paffrath was also a phenomenal actor in his prime. Paffrath attended the Missouri School of Journalism. While there, she interned at Entertainment Tonight in Los Angeles. Later, Paffrath graduated with a degree in broadcasting in 2005 and moved to Los Angeles. From 2006 to 2007, Paffrath would broadcast live on DirecTV's shows produced by U and In the Mix.

In early 2007, she hosted her pop culture news show, Broadcaster News. Paffrath has been a long-time presenter of the E program as well as News Now. To date she has hosted Top Story Weekly on Improv Olympics and seasons one and two of the Reality Series, Dating Naked. In 2015, Paffrath also got the opportunity to host the Mid-America Emmy Awards and also hosted many TV shows. Paffrath has been seen in many films such as Moonlight on Ivy (2006), Fly Kidz (2006), Dinner at Eight (2007) and Huntsville (2007). She has also starred in Paramore's music video, Misery Business, and Sunshine Girl.

Additionally, she has also made an appearance in the American sitcoms such as Hot in Cleveland, Sullivan and Son, and 2 Broke Girls.
