Sarah Rafferty

Sarah Gray Rafferty is an American movie and TV actress. She was born on December 6, 1972, in Connecticut, United States. Michael Griffin Rafferty Jr., Sarah's father, is an oil painter, and her mother, Mary Lee Rafferty works at the Convent of the Sacred Heart School, as the chairwoman of the department of English.

The actress attended Phillips Academy Andover, which is a co-educational school. She developed a keen interest in performing arts during her school years, and thus went on to do her Majors in English and Theatre, from Hamilton College. Sarah did her Masters in Fine Arts from Yale School of Drama, where she also met her soul mate, Aleksanteri Olli-Pekka Seppälä.

He is from Finland and is a market research analyst. The two of them soon got married and had two beautiful daughters, Oona Gray and Iris Friday. Sarah's acting career is said to have begun with 1998, TV film, "Trinity." In the meantime, Sarah featured in minor roles in Hollywood motion pictures including, "Speakeasy," "Falling For Grace," "Four Single Fathers," etc. The actress also did a cameo role in "The Devil Wears Prada," but the scenes got cut from the final tape.

In 2011, she bagged the role of Donna Paulsen in the popular legal drama, "Suits." The show is a hit and has had a total of seven seasons so far. Sarah's role in the show is of a legal secretary. Donna is a woman who is confident, fun-loving and a hard worker.

The role has received immense love, and appreciation. When asked about her experience of working in one of the most popular television series, the actress confessed with joy, that the character she portrays in the show had been the most fun so far.
