She suffered a near-fatal accident when she was travelling by car at the age of seventeen. She got severe brain injury which led to long term memory loss and memory retention issues which she still faces. Khloe attended the Marymount High School in LA for a short duration. When her sisters graduated, she left the school to get into a home-based school due to the bullying practices she faced there. She got her GED a year in advance when she was seventeen years old. When they were given their own TV show, they were running a clothing line called DASH in Calabasas.

The show’s success directly influenced the store’s success, and they opened more stores in NY and Miami. They also have another line in Sears called Kardashian Kollection. In 2007, she was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence). She turned herself in a year later in 2008. She was supposed to stay in jail for 30 days and then follow-up with an alcohol treatment program but was released a few hours later due to overcrowding. In 2009, she became a part of a talk-show in which she did four-hour talk per week for WHYI. Along with her sisters, she has appeared in the premiere of the third season of 90210. In 2011, she was seen in the three episodes of the show Kourtney and Kim Take New York. In the same year, her own show with her then-husband Lamar aired.

Other than her show and the clothing lines, she has done several other experiments with work with her sisters. In 2009, her sisters and Khloe collaborated with Natural Products Association to make a pen that whitened teeth called Idol White. They created a jewellery line in 2010 and released Bebe, another clothing line, which was soon discontinued. In the same year, they released K-Dash, a clothing line on QVC and also endorsed a fake tan product called Kardashian Glamour Tan. She has credits in various filmography like Psychotherapist (2010), Law and Order: LA (2011), Real Husbands of Hollywood (2013), Royal Pains (2014) and is also seen in episodes of shows like Fashion Police, I am Cait, Dash Dolls, MADtv, etc. She is also the executive producer of Dash Dolls.

In 2010, she released a book along with her sisters called Kardashian Konfidential. Their second book’s name is Dollhouse, which was decided with the help of their fan base. In the following year, along with her former husband Lamar, she released a fragrance that was unisex and named it Unbreakable. This was followed by another one in 2012 that was holiday-inspired called Unbreakable Joy. In January 2012, she got her own radio show called The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom which was an hour long without any commercials.

In the same year, she was hand-picked to be the co-host on The X Factor along with Mario Lopez in its second season. In 2014, she got another spin-off called Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons. She has her own talk-show since 2016 called Kocktails With Khloe. The marriage lasted for four years. In 2014, during their separation period, she dated French Montana. She was with James Harden for around a year since 2015. She began dating Trey Songs in 2016.
