In 1960 she got her first project in the play, Jimmy Shine. With Universal Studios, she worked in several shows and plays. In 1970 she got a role in the American drama A World Apart. For five years, she worked in a daily soap Another World. She appeared in several shows like S.W.A.T., Petrocelli, and Bert D'Angelo/Superstar.

In 1976 she was seen as Rosemary in the movie Bell, Book, and Candle. In Incredible Hulk, she was seen as Dr. Elaina Marks in 1977. In 1976 she played the role of Maggie Porter in Rich Man Poor Man Book II. For the role of Dr. Julie Farr in Julie Farr, M.D., she was nominated for Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.
