Anais Lee was born Anais Marie Lee in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, on January 9, 2007. She is an American model and actress. She has been working since the age of three. Beginning her career as a print model for advertising, appearing on advertisement hoardings for renowned retailers. She also walked the runway at New York Fashion Week for Vogue Bambini and other famous brands, such as Rookie USA.

She also guest appeared on the American crime-thriller series Blacklist in 2016, where she played the role of Sadie Loescher. In 2018, she appeared on two TV shows, Happy! and Puffy, as well as the film The Truth About Lies. In 2019, she appeared in the teen-drama film The Sun Is Also a Star, where she played the role of the childhood version of main character, Natasha Kingsley.

In 2020, she starred in the movie The Will, where she played the role of Josie Young. The same year she starred in Netflix's American comedy drama series The Baby-Sitters Club. She played the role of Jessi Ramsey, the junior officer of the club who also does ballet.
