In 2012, Mangini was awarded Young Artist Awards with a special award in the category of 'Outstanding Instrumentalist.’ Mangini made his debut in the film industry by starring as Jax in Lisanne Sartor's short film 'Six Letter Word.’ The film made it through the Emerging Filmmaker Showcase in 2013 to the Cannes Film Festival. Mangini appeared in various film and television shows, including The Gracias have Landed, Marvin Marvin, What If, and Kickin' It in the year 2013. Till now, Mangini has worked in numerous movies and shows for which he got appreciated by the film makers as well as the audience. Rio Mangini received several awards.
