He has composed music for channels including Disney, Nickelodeon, and PBS. Joshua Sitron became famous for writing the theme song and directing the music for one of his mega-hits, Dora: the explorer. In 2000, Joshua Sitron started his project for kids named Funkey Monkey includes eight albums, a live show, and several short clips. He also joined as the assistant music director in Centralia in the 2002 Fringe Festival Musical Generical.
Joshua wrote and released his first song in 2003, which he describes as the song of my spiritual awakening. Joshua Sitron also owns and runs a music production house where he introduces new bands and new artists. One of the popular music of his production is the 13 Queen Record. Joshua has also performed with various artists like Hylo-fi, Wild Yark, Lazer, and The Dookers. Recently, he composed music for Bushwick studios for the song The Playground.
