Born on the 1st of April 1965, Jane Adams is an American Television, film and theatre artist. Her parents William Adams and Janice Adams raised her along with her brother in Illinois and Washington where she got educated in Political Science and also undertook theatre at Cornish College of the Arts. Jane graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Juilliard’s school Drama Division of the1985-89 batch. Stepping into the world of theatre, she won the Outer Critics Circle Award for the best performance by a debutante for the play “I Hate Hamlet”. The Crucible, Enchanted April Inspector Calls were some among other of her the plays she starred in wherein she also was presented with Tony Award for the Best Featured Actress in a play and a Drama Desk Award for Inspector Calls.

Her television career ranges from numerous projects she’s been involved with and won accolades for it.
