She has also launched her DVD of Fitness training. She has also won the 21st season of ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ Born to Steve Irwin and Terri Irwin, she was raised in Buderim, Queensland. Her father Steve Irwin was the star of famous T.V. show ‘The Crocodile Hunters.’ She has been appearing on her father’s show since she was two years old. She is a mixture of Irish and English ancestry with an abundance of Irish due to her father. She was named after a female crocodile which was kept in Australian Zoo and was adored by her father. Bindi is an Australian word which means ‘Young Girl.’ She was featured in the 26 part long documentary series which was aired on Discovery kids. The documentary was named ‘Bindi: the Jungle Girl’ as her father wanted himself to be the co-star of the show and her daughter to be the star. Steve was killed by a stingray barb while filming for the documentary on September 4, 2006. The multitalented Irwin released an exercise video, Bindi Kid Fitness, and even launched her franchise of clothes, "Bindi Wear." Working with her musical talents, she released several songs and performed with the Wiggles, a popular children's band.

In 2007, she starred in a television documentary named ‘My Daddy the Crocodile Hunter.’ Along with this, she also appeared in another documentary series along with her mother called ‘Planet's Best with Terri and Bindi.’ She has also appeared on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show.’ She has been homeschooled and since her childhood, she has been surrounded by animals and has developed a strong connection with animals. Carrying on her father’s legacy, she supports the Wildlife Warriors Worldwide Charity organization which was founded by her parents in the year 2002. She has been reportedly dating Chandler Powell. She is the youngest person who has appeared on the front page of the Australian magazine New Idea in the magazine’s 104-year-old history.
