Aidan Quinn is an American actor. He was born on 8th March 1959 in the city of Chicago in Illinois, USA. He is the husband of the American actress, Elizabeth Bracco. This movie was a major success and bagged $8,289,916 on the box office. His second film was ‘Desperately Seeking Susan’. This was a comedy film which released in 1985. In this film, he played the role of Dez. In the year 1986, he was a part of the film ‘The Mission’, which was a drama film by Roland Joffe. He has won the 1988 Theater World Award for his performance in the movie, ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’; an award from the Special Jury as an Ensemble Cast at the Sundance Film Festival of 2000 for the movie ‘Songcatcher’; and a Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the IFTA 2010 for the movie, ‘The Eclipse’.

Other than being a film actor, Quinn is also a very successful TV actor, who has acted in almost forty shows in his forty-decade long career. He also performed in major theater productions from 1979 onwards. His first stage performance was in the play called ‘The Man in 605’, in the year 1979. This play was for community service at Chicago. The actor is also involved in numerous charity works. He is also a board member of the NAAR (National Alliance for Autism Research).
