Jesse Spencer is an Australian actor and a musician. He was born on 12 February 1979. He was confronted to Rodney Spencer, a radiologist, and Robyn Spencer, creators of the Against Further Immigration political party. Robyn has also worked with the One Nation Party. Spencer has two elder brothers,and a younger sister. He went to Canterbury Primary School, Malvern Central School and the private Scotch College. He finalized and secured a place at Monash University. From 1994 to 2000, he acted in the Australian soap opera Neighbours,as Billy Kennedy.
After working in Neighbours he acted in films like Winning London with the Olsen twins, Uptown girls,and Swimming upstream. From 2012 to 2021,he served in the NBC drama Chicago Fire as Matthew Casey. Jesse started his music career with the Australian boy’s choir. Jesse plays violin in Band from TV. The band plays at many events and the money they earn is given in charity. In 2006, he received a “Golden Boomerang” at Australians in Film breakthrough awards for his performance House.
