Firat Celik is Turkish – German former model and actor who mainly worked in the film and television industry. He was born on March 25, 1981. Firat Celik’s place of birth is Ostfildern town in the siatrict of Esslingen in Baden Wurttemberg in Southern Germany. He spent his childhood in Champigny-sur-Marne. He studied at Louise Michel Secondary School. He completed his studies in Economics at the Langevin Wallon High School. He belongs to the Turkish nationality. His religion is Muslim. His father is the Turkish immigrants, who returned to Turkey when he was two years of age. When he was nine years old, his family migrated to France. The Firat Celik’s family settled in the suburbs of Champigny-sur-Marne, a commune in the southeastern suburbs of Paris, France. At the age of nine, Firat Celik began his career as a male model, and made advertising in such activity. He also took drama classes supported by its close.
He took drama classes at the Paris Sudden Theatre in France, and played theatre there as well as shot a television series. After that, he went to pursue his career there. In the beginning, he was not sure what career to choose. But that changed, after he met Thierry Harcourt, a director. Thierry Harcourt decided to train him, as he believed in the capabilities Firat Celik’s. The director decided to train him as an actor. He made his first appearance in short “The Grandmother,” directed by Rogier Van Beeck Calkoen in 2006. He marked his acting debut television appearance in comedy drama “Famille d’accueil,” created by Stephane Kaminka, wherehe played the rolw of Ilhan in 2008. In 2009, he marked his film debut in the French film “Welcome,” directed by Philippe Lioret, where he portrayed the role of Koban.
Firat Celik essayed the role of Mustafa Nalcali in the Turkish television drama series “Fatmagul’un Sucu Ne?,” produced by Ay Yapim and broadcast on Kanal D in 2010- 2012. Following this, he portrayed the role of Ozan Cevikoglu in a Turkish television drama series “20 Dakika,” broadcast on Star TV in 2013. In 2014, he appeared as Tayfun in the movie “8 Saniye” and as Oguz in the television series “Firuze.” In 2021, he has played various roles in several television series such as Sakli, Alex Hugo, and Captain Marleau.
