Ishaan debuted as a camera assistant in 2011 and continued till 2015, when he got the first chance to work with his father’s Indo-Bangladesh co-production in ‘Shankhachil.’ In 2016, Ishaan along with his sister Anandi began to document the ragpickers in the Tiljala area for an NGO. He then worked as an assistant or the cinematographer’s assistant on commercials, documentaries, and feature films. His well-known work is “Jhili.” “Raahgir” is also one of the works of Ishaan.
