Kalpan Mitra is an actor in the Bengali Entertainment Industry. He is known for his work in 'Chippa' (2019), 'Cat Sticks' (2019) and 'Feluda Pherot' (2020). Kalpan holds a degree in English and is keenly interest in literature, art and cinema. After finishing his college, he spent several months interning as a cinematographer, where he got his first taste of filmmaking and the technicalities behind. He then started to make short films for NGOs and even acted in two feature films. His last experience, behind the camera before he joined Cinemaholic was as an assistant director for an indie film.
Kalpan finds solace in watching films, brooding about them and the best of all, putting those thoughts into words. Kalpan Mitra is popular for his role in 'Feluda Pherot' (2020). Even as a newcomer, he has been cast for the role of Topse, a much-loved character, in this upcoming Addatimes series. He has portrayed his character well and the outcome of it was a unique depiction of the character from the books on the screen.
