Anirban Bhattacharya is an Indian-actor. He is a stage player and an actor. He is born on 7th October 1986. He is born and brought up in Midnapore, West Bengal. He has completed his schooling from Nirmal Hriday Ashram Catholic Church High School. After completing his schooling, he moved to Kolkata and there got the admission in Rabindra Bharti University for studying Theatre as the subject. After completing his graduation, he got admission for pursuing his masters in theater, and there he received the Young Artist Scholarship from the Cultural Ministry of Government of India. After a lot of practice in the year 2010, he started his theatre group named 'Sangharam Hatibagan'. Under the title of his theatre, he directed four plays named Guru, Chowmatha, Udorniti, and Pontu Laha 2.0. At the time of his graduation and post-graduation, he has participated in various plays.

Some of them are named as Bijalibala-r-Mukti, Tumi Dak Diyeccho Kon Shokale, Dure Baje, Shilpi, Chandragupta, Tin Kanya, Athoi, FM Mahanagar, Titumir, Karu Basana, Jara Agun Lagay, Amar Atmahatya Kalin, Debi Sarpamasta, Troy, Anthony Saudamini, Awdhyo Shesh Rajani, Bisarjan, Chaayabaji, Icchher Oli Goli,Karu Basana, Nagamandala Tin Poisher Pala, Ponthu Laha 2.0 and Raja Lear. He has acted in various web series and had portrayed the roles of famous personalities. Some of the web series in which he has acted are named as Byomkesh (Season 1-4), Laboratory, Phaanch Phoron, Manbhajan, and Byomkesh Season 5. Due to his excellent skills he has been nominated and won the various awards.

Some of them are named as Nirad Baran Memorial Award, BIG Bangla Rising Star award from Big FM, Syamal Sen Smriti Samman, Sudarak Samman, Sundaram Samman, Zee Bangla Gaurav Award, WBFJA Award for Best Promising actor in the year 2017, Filmfare Awards East, META Award for Excellence, Ayejo Samman, Best Debut Actor, Bharat Bangladesh Film Award, Telangana Bengali Film Award, and Hoichoi Award. He has acted in several movies named as Kolkata-r-king, Jodi Bolo Hyan, Dhananjay, Durga Sohey, Jojo, Uma, Vinci Da, Ek Je Chillo Raja, Dwitya Purish, Gumnaami, Khawto, Shahjaha Regency, and Eagoler Chawk. The starting of his career in the Bengali Language Films held in the year 2015 with 'Zee Bangla Cinema Originals'. Between the years 2005-2010, he has acted in various theater productions.
