H Vinoth is a director and a film writer. H Vinoth was born in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. He currently resides in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He made his debut in the film Sathuranga Vettai (2014) produced by actor and director, Manobala and the movie was distributed by Thirupathi Brothers Film Media.

H Vinoth was the director and writer of his first film, Sathuranga Vettai. The movie received appreciation from the audience as well as from the critics. The film was referred to as a “con” film. Vinoth said that his film is about the pace at which everyone wants to make money in their lives.

It's about the anger of a common man, who thinks money can solve all his problems. When there is an imbalance in nature, people experience tsunami and earthquake. Likewise, his story is about no balance in the society for a common man.

Vinoth said that he tried to make the film funny as much as possible and it was narrated as satire and dark humor. The movie was written in a six-episode format. The film Sathuranga Vettai revolves around a skilled con man, Gandhi who pulls off high-profile scams. So, he created a group of people, and those people have come to take revenge.

The lead actors in this movie are Natraj, Ishaara Nair, Ponvannan, and Ilavarasu. This movie also received the Vikatan Award for Best Film. In early 2016, Vinoth narrated a movie’s script to Karthi, and he was impressed with the script, so he decided to work Vinoth in this film even after his current commitments to the movies Kaashmora and Kaatru Veliydai. The name of the movie was Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru (2017).
