Deepak Nayar was born in 1959 in India and started his career in India before relocating to Los Angeles, where he is the founder of the production company Kintop Pictures and co-founder of the Filmaka website. Deepak Nayar is the producer of several films, including Bend It Like Beckham, released in 2002; Dredd, released in 2012; Vampire Academy, released in 2014; Safe, released in 2012; Lost Highway, released in 1997; The Wedding Guest, released in 2020; and Wind River, Greenland, Love Sonia, At Eternity's Gate. A few of his outstanding creations are A Haunted House (2013), The Good Lie (2014), Genius (2016), Sleepless (2017), and Viceroy's House (2017). He is a non-vegetarian. He has received BAFTA Film Award: in 2003, The Alexander Korda Award for Outstanding British Film of the Year.
