In the serial Main protagonist had an abusive father in her childhood. He used to beat her mother, after drinking. Her mother teaches classical music to some kids. At the starting of the show, a delivery boy delivers a courier to her mother. She tells Swathi who is painting a thankyou poster that the courier is for her. They get into a heated conversation about the courier. Shaanu is the main male protagonist in the serial who helps Swathi in her works. Later it is revealed that is was painting a thankyou poster for Shanu. They all working on sending legal notice and on fighting a case in court to get justice. Her mother tells Shanu that they are wasting their time nothing is going to happen. Shaanu tells her that social media is so strong these days we will post it there, and we will fight hard. He gives a copy of the notice to Swathi and leaves her place with a friend.

Now it is interesting to see if they can get justice and fight from social taboos. The show mainly focused on showing how women overcome her weakness and how she fights for her self respect. In the show, they always talk about women’s empowerment. But Swathi’s mother doesn’t think that women have the same rights as men do.
