Born on 28 July 1961 in Palakkad, Bhavana Radhakrishnan is an acclaimed playback singer from Kerala who has received the doctorate in music from the University of Kerala. She is mostly known for singing devotional songs. This singer has performed over 300 stage shows in Kerala. With her extensive knowledge in the field of music, she was chosen for the post of the associate professor for Carnatic music in S.N. College at Kollam. She served at the institution for a number of years propagating music knowledge to many music aspirants of the state.
