“Baalveer” was a fantasy drama TV serial originally broadcasted on SAB TV and then later dubbed in Bengali and premiered on Sony Aath. The serial was written by Amit Sen Choudhary and premiered on 8th October 2012. On the other hand, Rani Pari is the actual queen of the faeries and is considered the most powerful and wisest among her kind. When Baalveer gets saved by a maid in the absence of Rani pair, and he ends up in their world through a series of events, Rani pari decides that the fae kind should bring up Baalveer in their world. The other faeries support her decision. Rani pari is very fond of Baalveer and treats him as her son. The feelings are mutual, and Baalveer grows up as the first human who lives in the fae world with all the faeries adoring him to bits. Meanwhile, Bhayankar pari wreaks havoc on Earth by manipulating children, hypnotizing them to commit evil deeds. Parilok faces problems due to this, and the fae kind worries about what would happen if the situation is not brought under control.

When Bhayankar pari enters Parilok and starts to terrorize the other faeries by threatening Baalveer, Rani pari decides that it is high time to give Baalveer powers of his own so that he can join the fight against Bhayankar pari and save the children of the Earth. Soon a ceremony is held to bless him with powers. Seven faeries, namely Gaal pari : the fairy of cheek, Vijdhar pari : the fairy of electricity, Baal pari : the fairy of tress, Atkaati pari : the fairy of obstacles, Aarpar pari : the fairy to come across anything, Bhatkati pari : the fairy of diversion and Natkhaat pari : the fairy of mischief, bless him with their powers. In the end, Rani pari gifts him a magical wand that contains the powers of all the seven faeries along with some powers of her own.
