Akshay Sethi

Akshay Sethi was born 2 October 1990 in a family with established background in the film business. His father is a producer who produced the film Jai Santoshi Maa and is also Vinod Khanna's secretary. His brother is a famous photographer. Akshay wanted to become an actor and showed affinity towards this profession since his school days. He became more interested in acting after completing his education. Akshay finished his acting course in the Acting Academy of Kishore Namit Kapoor.

He first started appearing in commercials like Limca, Rin, Hero Honda, Rediff, Tvsapache, Hutch, Big bazaar and a lot more. These ads made it possible for him to be noticed by the producers of Sphere Origins, and soon he was offered the role of Yug in the television series Saat Phere - Saloni Ka Safar which was his debut on television. His next acting engagements were in Dhoom Macha Dhoom on Disney TV and Rahe Tera Ashirwad on Colors, where he acted in more than 200 episodes.
