Jayaram is a visually challenged person. He works as a lift operator and he has been longing to seek a good bridegroom for his sister. Jayaram and retired judge Krishnamoorthy share a good rapport. Krishnamoorthy lives in the same apartment, where Jayaram lives in. Jayaram always accompanies Krishnamoorthy on his trips to find a person. On a fine day, Krishnamoorthy explains about Vasudev, who was sent to jail by the verdict of Krishnamoorthy. So, Krishna fears that Vasudev would kill his entire family, especially the kid Nandini, as he comes to know that Vasu has come out of the jail. Who is Nandini? Did Vasu kill her? Is Jayaram able to save the kid and the retired judge from Vasu? Get the answers to these questions on the screens.
Mohanlal is always a star performer. He steals the show with his excellent performance as a visually challenged person. Nedumudi Venu, Baby Meenakshi, Vimala and Samuthirakani have done their roles as per the characters needed.
Priyadarshan is always spoken for his unique scripts and direction techniques. He has chosen an excellent script and handled with extra care. Each and every scene in the film makes the viewers look straight into the screen for what happens next. Beautiful rendition by Priyadarshan!
