Innocent Vareed Thekkethala is the real name of popular Malayalam actor Innocent Vincent. Born on 28 February 1945, Innocent is also a politician. He is an accomplished actor of Malayalam films and comedy is his strength. He delivers witty gestures, and his dialogues in the Thrissur accent is noteworthy. In fact, it is no exaggeration to tell that, Inncoent is a phenomenon in Malayalam films. Mimicking his mannerisms is like tasting sugar for mimicry artistes. His reputation is such that, he is a frequent actor of many Malayalam film directors’ films.

Whether it is comic or serious role, Innocent is very much at comfort. He was such a legend that, he held the position of President of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes for more than a decade. 

Innocent debuted into the Malayalam film industry during the year 1972; the name of the film was Nrityashala. He tried his luck in production, but was not successful. He has more than 500 films to his credit, in his long career. He has also worked in some Hindi and Tamil films. 
Innocent acted in pivotal comedy character in blockbusters including Ramji Rao Speaking, Mathai Speaking, Godfather, Kilukkam etc. He has donned the role of villain and character artist in films such as Kathodu Kathoram and Keli. 
His pairing with various superstars was instrumental in the success of such stars. He and K P C Lalitha made the perfect comedy duo. Innocent also tried his luck in stage shows. Innocent has written a memoir of him, named Njan Innocent. 
Innocent’s character in the films Devaasuram and Ravanaprabhu (sequel to Devaasuram) was well received and in fact, it is gauged as one of his fantastic role by critics. 
On the personal front, Innocent is wedded to Alice and they are blessed with a son. Innocent has several awards to his credit.

Inivalappil Mani Vijayan is a well-known Indian footballer and a film actor. He was born in Thrissur village of Kerala state in the year 1969. He was a hardworking man, and he used to sell soda at Thrissur Municipal Corporation Stadium in his earlier days to assist his family financially. Although he was destitute and had no financial assistance, he never gave up the dream of playing football. He was very much interested in football, and he was given a chance to play for the Kerala police club by the  Kerala DGP M. K. Joseph. He was an aggressive player and attracted many football selectors with his skills and talent. He was selected for the Indian football team and made his first international debut in the year 1989.During his football career, he played for many football clubs like Mohun Bagan, JCT Mills Fagwara, FC Cochin, East Bengal Club and Churchill Brothers SC. Vijayan during his international football career played in some tournaments such as Nehru Cup, Pre-Olympics, pre world cup, SAAF cup, etc. He created history in the Indian football by scoring the fastest goal (12 seconds). He was awarded football player of the year in 1993, 1997 and 1999. He also received Arjuna Award in the year 2002. After retiring from football, he has started his football academy in his native place Thrissur to train young Indian football players. Vijayan started his film career with an award winning Malayalam movie 'Shantham'(2001) in which he played a leading character. He also acted in negative roles in some Tamil movies and as a character artist in Malayalam movies. He also owns a sports company named 'Boxer Sports Goods Company' in Thrissur. He is married to Rajji, and they have three children


Jacob Gregory

Jacob Gregory has mainly worked in Malayalam films. The 2013 Malayalam flick ABCD is his debut film. This film was directed by Martin Prakkat. The TV series (online sitcom) Akkarakazchagal showcased his acting prowess and he gained recognition for his performance. The name of his character in this series is Gregory or ‘Giri Giri.” This character was well crafted. This TV series was instrumental in Jacob Gregory travelling Canada, U.S. and Europe. He performed various shows based upon this series. In fact, Jacob was so engrossed with the character Girigiri that he used to imitate it in real life too.    Jacob hails from Alappuzha and was living in Dumont for 20 years. Jacob confesses that he was always interested in acting and he enjoyed working in Akkarakazchagal. Jacob loves his experience in Mollywood and would like to get meaty roles.    Gregory was referred to Martin, who later cast him in his flick ABCD. Jacob shared screen space with Dulquer Salmaan in this film. This film set the cash registers ringing and Jacob’s portrayal was very comical in the movie. He had worked in the flick Ennum Eppozhum alongside Mohanlal.    American Focus and Ezhuthappuram are the other sitcoms in which Jacob Gregory worked. Though Jacob had limitations before, he changed that, and audience started accepting him. He has a spontaneous style of acting and is a top notch comedian in Mollywood. Jacob was earning his living in USA for several years. Then the series Akkarakazchagal happened and that was a turning point in his career. That serial was a milestone in Malayalam serials history and the audience could relate well with the character. Jacob became a notable star after this serial. He indeed stole the serial with his spectacular performance. Then ABCD happened. Now Jacob is indeed a star to reckon with.
