Plot
Bony is in love with Steffi and proposes her to marry him. She puts forth a demand that he should stay with them after marriage. Another weird demand is that Bony has to impress Steffi’s mother, who passed away 22 years ago. How will Bony impress her to get Steffi’s hand in marriage? What happens to Boney after he enters Steffi’s home? The rest of the story deals with this.
Star Performance
Sharafudheen performed well as Bony. His expressions are flawless. Aishwarya Lekshmi looks good in the role of Steffi. Her chemistry with Sharafudheen is good.
Analysis
The comedy film laced with supernatural elements starts on a good note. Though the film moves well with some impressive performances, we feel that certain scenes needed better writing, especially the scenes when Steffi and her father speak with Steffi’s mother. The usual concept is a fight between a mother-in-law and a daughter-in-law. But this film replaces the daughter-in-law as the son-in-law. The concept is old, but the treatment looks fresh and interesting. The scenes where Bony tries to fit into the normal in Steffi’s family is shown well. Some characters are over the top and some are at the right pace. Aishwarya’s role is pretty decent and it is penned well. Though the screenplay is decent, the second half needed a better pace. The visuals are decent. Though the production values are decent, a setback is seen in a few scenes.

Verdict
The film has some enjoyable moments and some lazy moments. If you love comedy in the supernatural genre, you can try this film. It is definitely a one-time watch!
