AnunayaAnoop, formally known as Meenakshi Anoop or Baby Meenakshi is an Indian Child Actress who started her career with Malayalam movies. She made her debut at the young age of 3 years, with a short film ‘Madhura Nombaram’ which was directed by Akhil S. Kiran and Nikhil S. Kiran, since then Meenakshi has come a long way and has added various gems to her portfolio.
Anunaya was born in Panduva, Kottayam on 1st of November in the year 2005 to Anoop, a computer accounting faculty, and Remya, who a still studying during the time of her birth. The peculiar thing about her birth is that in the year 2005, 1st November was the day of Deepavali. Meenakshi has a younger brother, Ayush who has also acted in some movies.
Meenakshi is currently studying in 8th standard, in AravindaVidyaMandiram at Kidanpur, Kottayam. Apart from being a very talented actress, Meenakshi is also passionate about drawing and excels in it. Coming into the world of theatre and acting with a short film, Meenakshi later did some albums, short films, and telefilms.

She officially made her debut on the big screen in the year 2015 with the film ‘1000: Oru Note Paranja Katha’ directed by A. R. C. Nair. In the same year, she did some films like ‘Kumbasaram’, ‘JamnaPyari’, ‘Ana MayilOttakam’ and the comedy film ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ directed by Nadirshah. After Amar Akbar Anthony she shot to fame. She played the role of a young girl Fathima, usually known as ‘Phatu’ or ‘Pathumma,’ in the film.
The famous song ‘YennoNjaanende’ was centered at her. Her role in Amar Akbar Anthony won her the Asianet Film Award for Best Child Artist in the year 2016. Her role as Pathu even earned her a mention in International Business Times, which stated that the child artist has been receiving amazing responses from the audience and is undoubtedly loved by everyone for her innocent and natural acting.
