Star Performance

Sundar C had done an excellent job and this is something different from his style.

Although this is something different from that of the previously released Tamil horror movies, we could not stop comparing the movie with Conjuring and Insidious. There are a lot of template scenes of horror movies. But, we could also witness some unique sequences in the movie. The suspense element is perfect and they have maintained it. The first half has some unnecessary romantic scenes that could have been trimmed. The music composition by Girish is good and the BGM gels well with the story.

What's There?

  • Performance of the stars is impressive
  • The horror genre is dealt with some difference
  • The suspense element is maintained well

What's Not There?

  • Some scenes remind us of Hollywood horror movies

This is something different from the recently released horror thrillers. If you are a fan of a horror thriller, then you will definitely like Iruttu.
