Plot: Enakkul Oruvan is another different performance, by Siddharth, after Gigarthanda and Kaaviya Thalaivan. Siddharth, who hailed from Maniratnam’s workshop always shine bright in all the roles, which he perform. This is an untold story in Tamil cinema, which is strongly handled by the director Prasad Ramar. Actually, this is the remake of the Kannada film, Lucia.

The story is about a person, who suffers from Insomnia, gets his dreams come true. It is a kind of thriller movie that makes the viewers to travel with the story. Siddharth comes as Vicky, the theatre laborer, who longs to become a film star. He was asked to have a pill before his sleep to get a good dream, in which he gets all that he wished. In his dream world, all the people who come in his real life, takes a part. His lady love, the Pizza waitress Divya, appears to be the model in his dream. Vicky’s theatre owner Durai is his manager in the dream. The lenders and his people, appears as the gangsters. Siddharth has showed a good difference in his characters Vicky and Vignesh.

The director Prasad has made differences in the background scenes of Vicky and Vignesh. The scenes of Vicky are in color; whereas the scenes of Vignesh are black and white. The screenplay is very good and the story moves without any twists and turns; but the twist is in the climax, which is unbelievable. The director has moved the story well, without leaking single information about the climax.

To differentiate the theatre employee from the actor, Siddharth is painted up in a dark color. Though Siddharth has done this role well, it would have been better that if the character is done by some other actors like Simbu or Dhanush. Siddharth does not suit for the character, though he performs well.

Deepa Sannidhi and Shrusti Dange are in this film along with Ajay Rathnam, Adukalam Naren, John Vijay, Udhayabhanu Maheswaran, Yog Jaypee and Ramadas. This film is worth watching once.
