Plot
Prabhu and Nila were in love with each other. Due to some differences in their opinion, they broke up. Prabhu’s parents forced him to see a prospective bride and took him with them. There, Prabhu sees his schoolmate, Preethi, as the bride. Soon, they ask their parents for some time to get to know each other. Meanwhile, Prabhu receives an invitation to Nila’s wedding. He narrates his love story to Preethi, who suggests him attend the wedding and end his relationship with Nila there. Prabhu goes to the wedding as per Preethi’s suggestion. Will Nila and Prabhu reconcile, or will he marry Preethi? The rest of the story deals with this.
Star Performance
Pavish has tried his level best to fit well in the character. Hopefully, his uncle, Dhanush, injected his shade into Pavish. Only after a couple of films, we can see his potential. Anikha is too young to play the heroine. Though she looks cute, when we see her with Pavish, we can only see them as siblings and not as lovers. Priya Prakash Varrier has nothing significant to do, yet she looks good in her role. Mathew Thomas is quite decent in his role.
Analysis
Dhanush has chosen to film a simple love story to make his nephew’s debut. He is skilled enough to mould the debut actor to his choice. Though all the stars are good, Anikha’s role could’ve been given to some other star to make it more natural. Anikha and Pavish’s chemistry didn’t work out. A few scenes are heart-warming. The prospective bride-seeing scene and the confession scene were shot well. The songs are okay, but the BGM didn’t help any scenes to elevate better. The visuals are good, and the editing is decent.

Despite the flaws, the film has some heart-warming scenes to make it a one-time watch!
