Plot
The plot involves the series of murders. Ganesh Venkatraman is the adopted son of Prabhu. He is a cop. The girls, who move closer with Prabhu’s son, are getting murdered. Ganesh, being a cop starts his investigation, why the girls associated with his brother are murdered. Shakthi plays an RJ and he is in love with Nikesha. Shakthi and Nikesha come across the evidence and they get into trouble with the evidence they had. Did they get out from the trouble? Who is the murderer? What is the reason for all the murders? Watch it on the big screen!
Star Performance
Ganesh has a lot of scopes to perform in this film. Although he had done the cop role several times, his performance will be highly lauded this time. His salt and pepper look gives a majestic look to his structure. As usual, Prabhu has exposed his natural performance and got appreciation. Shakthi sounds like a guy next door and attracts the youth. Nikesha has a got a performance-oriented role and she had done it well.
Analysis
Gautham VR is the former assistant of Sundar C and he has proved his mettle in filmmaking. He has chosen a good team for his directorial venture and has succeeded with it. He has a good future in the film industry.

Verdict
7 Naatkal is one among the best crime thrillers in the recent days. Gautham, the debutante’s effort should be appreciated. The film is worth watching for the performance, script and direction!
