Plot
Gopi lives in a village. His father, Dharme Gowda, is a farmer. He follows natural farming techniques, and requests others to follow the same. Gopi is in love with Leela, the daughter of a businessman. Both of their fathers are friends, so, they wanted their children to get married. Though Gopi is in love with Leela, he flirts with other girls. When their parents want to fix their marriage, Leela rejects the proposal, complaining about his irresponsible attitude. In a turn of events, they meet in the court. What made their separation? What happened to Gopi’s future? The rest of the film speaks about their lives.
Star Performance
Manjunath and Nimisha’s chemistry is okay. But, their acting should be improved. S Narayan is decent in his role. However, he should’ve reduced his voice in some scenes, as most of the scenes, he was seen shouting at someone.
Analysis
The film starts like a normal love story, but it starts developing the agricultural content in the middle and brings a message. Besides this, the makers decided to explore farming techniques, and showcased them to the audience. For the people who are interested in the agriculture, and how it helps us survive, the film will definitely attract them. The director should be appreciable for handling a different script with a social message. The responsibilities of a normal individual are shown in a proper manner without much preachy dialogue. There are a few twists and turns to make the audience glued to their seats. However, there are a few loopholes that put a pause in the screenplay. The action choreography is good.
