Plot
Balu and Mahalakshmi are cousins. Balu is the class topper and helps Mahalakshmi, who comes to his house to continue her studies. Mahalakshmi’s father wants her to get married and brings a marriage proposal. But, Mahalakshmi doesn’t want to get married and she is in love with Balu. Although the film is a remake, the director should have slightly changed the film to the current trend. The screenplay and the execution are not much impressive. Many remakes have excelled than the original. But this film didn’t. The film has the gender politics, which says that there are limitations for women. In this era, who will accept this? Although the film has a good set of performing stars, the film seems to be artificial. GV Prakash had given excellent performances in “
