Prem Rakshith is a famous and leading Indian Choreographer. He was born on 14 December 1977 in Chennai. He started his career from the year 1993 and is working even nowFrom the year 1993, he commenced working in Tamil and Telugu film industry with several other choreographers. In his career, he took various dance classes which provided him an edge above other choreographers. In the year 2006, Prem got his first break when RB Choudry hired him for his film to do choreography in his movie. In the consecutive year 2007, he got an opportunity to work with Raj Mouli in his film Yamadonga. Yamadonga was a blockbuster hit. His style of choreography is unique and as well as entertaining in the film, and he got very much appreciation for that. He choreographed two songs in it.

Prem Rakshith is among the top notch choreographers. Prem is mostly engaged in various Telugu and Tamil movie projects. He stays mostly in Hyderabad due to his work commitments. He has a list of movies in his hands in the field of choreography. Starting from the year 2005, he worked in the Telugu movie Chatrapati. From that onwards he never looked back and in the consecutive year 2006, he choreographed in another Telugu movie Vikramarkudu. In the year 2007, he did back to back five projects in Telugu cinema namely Madhumasam, Satyabhama, Yamadonga, Mantra, and Pourudu.

In the year 2008, Prem Rakshith became more and more famous and did eight projects namely Hero, Avakai Biryani, Baladoor, Ready, Parugu, Kalidasu, Bhale Dongalu, and Aatadista. With an increase in his movies, he did choreography in 9 films in 2009 namely Rechipo, Ganesh, Magadheera, Current, Blla, Mahatma, Kasko, Kurradu, and Arya 2. In the consecutive year, he did many Telugu films such as Khaleja, Don Seenu, Maryada Ramanna, Simha, Varudu, Darling, and Kedi. He only did two projects in 2011 Badrinath and 100% love. In 2012, he had superfluous projects with him such as Seema Tapakai, Shakti, Brindaavanam, Dhenikaina Ready, Tuneega Tuneega, Endhukante Premanta, Dhammu, Rachcha, Lovely, Naa Ishtam, Ishq, Poola Rangadu, Bezawada, Kandireega, and Dhada. In this year, he also did a Tamil movie Saguni.

In the year 2013, he did only one Telugu movie Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. In 2014 again he did a Tamil movie Veeram. Telugu film projects taken by him in 2014 include 1, Aagadu. He did his hottest work in 2015 in the film Baahubali-the Beginning. He recently choreographed a Telugu film named as Dictator. He has bagged several awards in his career such as Cine MAA Awards, Filmfare Awards South, Santhosham Award, Nandi Award for Best Choreographer, Santhosham Award, etc.

Mugur Sundar

Mugur Sundar is known for donning various hats: actor, dancer, director, and choreographer. He is known as the guru of contemporary dance sequences in south Indian movies and has choreographed dancing steps for several Indian actors. He is also famous in the film fraternity as the father of noted choreographer, dancer, actor Prabhu Deva. Even Mugur Sundar was an excellent choreographer who has directed over 10,000 dance sequences in various South Indian movies.  The choreographer Mugur Sundar is also known as dance master Sundaram or Sundaram Master in film circle.  Master Sundaram has been the choreographer right from MGR- Shivaji time. He was born in Mysore in a village named Mugur. Besides Prabhu Deva, he has two other sons Raju Sundaram and Nagendra Prasad. He directed his first Kannada film in 2001 titled as ‘Manasella Neene,' which was a remake of Telugu film ‘Manasanthaa Nuvve.' He directed this film as a launch pad for his son Nagendra Prasad, who had played a lead hero in this movie.  Dance master Sundaram won National Film Award for Best Choreography for his work in film ‘Thiruda Thiruda’ (1994). Also, he is also the recipient of Vijay Award for contribution to cinema in 2011. In 1999, he was also honored with Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award for his meaningful contribution to South Indian cinema.  This eminent choreographer was also an acclaimed judge for children dance reality show ‘Putani Pantru’ along with two more judges, actress Rakshitha, and director Guru Prasad. The show was aired in 2015 on Suvarna Channel. Dance master Sundaram was also a judge for another dance show ‘AATA 4’ which was telecast on Zee Telugu. Besides, he also appeared as a judge for Vijay TV’s popular show ‘Jodi No 1’ and ‘Jodi No 2’ where the participants were television artistes.  In the year 2012, Sundaram also performed the role of a scientist in the film ‘Pa Ra Palanisamy’ which was his first movie with a strong character. Also, he performed a cameo role in a Kannada film ‘Thabbali’ in which he even choreographed a song. He also had made actors like N.T Rama Rao, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan, Nagesh to dance to his steps.  Dance is an important element of Indian cinema. Some actors have rhythm in their step while others have to work really hard to get it right. But when a dance was choreographed by Mugur Sundar, every actor did magic on the screen with their steps.
