The movie is an erotic thriller. The acting performance of Mannara is well received. Shraddha Das’ performance is also well appreciated.
The story begins with the protagonist, Ronnie (Karanvir Sharma), a crime reporter for “The Daily”, narrating a crime incident to his editor and Deputy Superintendent of Police of their area.
Ronnie goes to a guest house, whose owner suffers from paralysis, and the owner’s daughter is Maya (Mannara Chopra), a nurse. She appears to be very crazy in the beginning to Ronnie, since she always swings in the hammock and also has an alligator as a pet.
She, a few days after they get acquainted, appears to be cute and strange to Ronnie. As Ronnie had a break-up with Priya a few months before he goes to the guest-house, she happens to be the relief he needs.
But, on the other hand, Maya falls in love with Ronnie. She gets obsessed with him. Once, she gets into his room, when he is not present, and finds a random photo of her on his laptop and believes that he is also in love with her. She picks up one of his photos from one of his photo-frames. After coming to his home, he finds the picture missing but doesn’t care.
Since he finds her cute, he goes on a date with her to a nightclub where he happens to meet Priya’s cousin, Nancy. He dances with Nancy, which Maya sees and gets frustrated. After that, they leave the nightclub, and while driving back, Ronnie accidentally hits Nancy, who is on a bike, and she rolls down the slope beside the road. She wasn’t dead, could be treated, and so Ronnie waits for Maya to come as she is a nurse. But Nancy dies. To cover the tracks of the murder, and to save Ronnie, she drives the car into a lake.
Next day, it becomes breaking news and Maya does everything to protect Ronnie. Priya find out about the death of her cousin and comes to the place (Goa), and tries to track the murderer of her cousin along with a detective called Moses.
She meets Ronnie by chance, and they get together after a while, which Maya observes. Now the real story is revealed, after a few dramatic scenes, that the killer of Nancy is Maya and that she is a psycho. She also tries to kill Priya and blackmails Ronnie to make love to her. After this unnecessary scene, Ronnie pulls a gun onto her and throws her off the roof-top, and kills her to save Priya.
After listening to this story, DSP allows him to leave. There is an unexpected twist here. Now the real villains are uncovered. Nancy had a lot of property; hence, Priya and Ronnie had killed her. Now they wanted to frame Maya, and they wanted her to accept that she is guilty but she refuses, so they torture her. They also had to kill Detective Moses.
The story ends with the dialogue that anything can be believable, as long as the story is believable.
The story has some unexpected twists in the climax, which makes it an interesting story, but has some pretty boring scenes from the beginning. Though the movie is an erotica, the script doesn’t demand any erotism.
