band from the 70s was an all-girl band. This movies traces its growth along with the tangents of relationships that each girl of the band has with each other.
What you may like:

Kristen Stewart

has really proved her metal with her performance in this movie. She is no more that petite, unresponsive damsel from the Twilight series. She has taken it on her to prove her talent and her being a dynamic actress. She has done complete justice to the role of Jett who was as headstrong as Kristen portrays.
2. Fanning has done a good justice to the role at hand. Considering the fact that she was very young when she took to acting for this movie, she has really done a brilliant and commendable job.
3. This is a musical movie and the background is amazingly done. This really has been impressive as the soul of the movie is its music score.
4. The movie very well portrays and talks about the struggles and life of the band and their endeavours in their careers.
5. The filmmakers have really worked tremendously well to make the movie look like it belongs to the era of the 70s without missing on its details. They have made the movie very believable and convincing taking care of the costumes, sets, make up that resonates to that era of the Runaways’ functioning.
6. The performances of the band and their sequences along with the soundtracks are wonderful.
What you may dislike:
1. The movie isn't all that dramatic as it should have been considering it to be a biopic. It doesn't leave a great impact on you, therefore, it is nothing all that special after all.
2. Another aspect of this film which is questionable is that the other characters of the band are taken highly for granted. They are not paid any attention to, which leaves us wanting slightly more and the characters to be developed slightly better.
Verdict: This movie is worth giving a watch because of the brilliant acting and filmmaking techniques that depicts the 70s musical era well.
