Plot
Turtles get into another battle with Shredder(Brian Tee) who has now acquired two new allies Bebop( Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady(Sheamus) and the alien king Krang(Brad Garett).
Star performance
All of the voice actors have done their job. Live action as well. Megan Fox is more for the show than the performance. Her action sequences are okay. The actors are mainly doing this for the paycheck they are going to get.
Analysis
The 2014 film was hugely successful. And it's the golden rule of cinema if a product is successful we’ll churn out more. This film feels more like a fan service rather than a continuation of a franchise. Putting all the famous characters together, it doesn't turn out to be a coherent piece but a cluttered one. There is no room for character development; the film is more focused on showing action sequences. Nothing’s wrong with that except every sequence is an excuse to show an action set piece.. The humor is more for the kids even they will roll their eyes at these jokes. The villains are underwritten and do not generate any fear. The film is excellent technically but fails in writing. This film is made with the intention of a cash grab. Nobody asked for a sequel. The turtles in one sequence are discussing acceptance by the society and how they wish to be human like WHAT???? The film even from a nostalgia factor fails to continue that. The animation of the turtles is not good. They look like slimy chunks. But on the other hand, the animation of villains is good. Some action sequences are good, but some of them are just an excuse. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows is a money making film and doesn't succeed its predecessor. It doesn't even come close to the first one. It's crucial when making a film that the story always comes first.

Verdict
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows is mainly made to make money, you can watch it in a random binge with your kids and discuss the humor of the film with them. That’ll be fun.
