The director stated that after writing the script, he felt that the script would suit the Tamil sensibilities and after discussing the hero, the first to come to his mind is Sasikumar.

Although Manasa is the leading lady, she will not pair opposite to Sasikumar. The director revealed that already they had completed 50% of the shoot in Munnar. They will continue the shooting in Madurai, Theni and Chennai. The director also revealed that he didn’t find anything hard while shooting the film in Tamil and also said that his team had been supporting him.
