He has been suffering from pain in the torso and hence rushed to the hospital. Doctors of Apollo Hospitals, who have been treating him, reported that the actor has been getting normal, gradually. Sarath Kumar, who is at present supporting the ruling party, has been the President of All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi.
