Rangoon Gets Appreciation From The Audiences!

“Sathriyan” and “Rangoon” released last week with huge expectations. Although both the films received mixed responses, they didn’t burn the hands of their makers. It is heard that Sathriyan had collected Rs. 56 Lakhs and Rangoon received Rs. 39 Lakhs at the box office at the end of the first week. It is heard that Rangoon would collect more, as the film had been receiving good comments from the critics and the viewers. Rangoon is an action crime movie scripted and directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, the former associate of “A R Murugadoss.” Gautham Karthik, Sana Makbul, Lallu, Daniel Annie Pope and Siddique are in the main cast. AR Murugadoss produced the film along with Fox Star Studios. Sathriyan is the gangster film directed by "S R Prabhakaran" and has Vikram Prabhu and Manjima Mohan in the lead roles. “Kavin,” Rio Raj, Arul Doss, Sharath Lohitashwa, Aishwarya Dutta, “Soundararaja,” Aadukalam Naren and Yogi Babu are also in the cast. Sathya Jyothi Films bankrolls the project.
