Dear Press and Media friends, with all your best wishes House Owner is ready for release on the 28th of June. It is a love story inspired by true incidents and real people set against the backdrop of Chennai floods. The cast and crew agreed for minimal remuneration and facilities so that all the funds could be used for quality production. The set alone costs over 50 lakhs and every shot has rain. The film is mixed in Atmos. Film has a thriller element which builds up slowly. You will also have a glimpse of a different way of life and peculiar Palakkad accent of Tamil.
