Kamala Selvaraj Thrashes Dulquer Salmaan’s Role In Mahanati!

Kamala Selvaraj, daughter of Gemini Ganesan, thrashed the film “Mahanati” for the role of Gemini Ganesan played by Dulquer Salmaan. In her latest interview to a Telugu online portal, she said that a biopic on “Savitri” is good, as she was a big star in Andhra and Keerthy Suresh played well. But, that doesn’t mean that Gemini Ganesan should be degraded in the film, says Kamala. Although he wasn’t given an equal role to her, some of the scenes portray that as if none know Gemini Ganesan, when he was one among the top three stars in Tamil, says Kamala. She also says that he father taught Savitri horse riding, car driving, Tamil and English. But they have shown in the film as if Gemini Ganesan is a womanizer, says Kamala. She also states that her father didn’t go at the back of any woman, but as he was handsome, many girls followed him. Kamala also reports that the film had been made by hearing one side of Savitri’s life and Nag Ashwin should have met the rest of Gemini’s children and after gathering information about Gemini, he should have shot the film. Gemini Ganesan’s portal was a blunder, says Kamala. She also says that her dad always respected the women and had never taught anyone to drink alcohol. The interview goes on like this with a lot of allegations. What will be the reply from Nag Ashwin?
