Jayam Ravi To Have A Significant Role In ‘Thug Life’

The cast for Kamal Haasan’s film ‘Thug Life’ is getting bigger and better. Recently, we have heard of actors like Jayam Ravi and Trisha joining the bandwagon. The film will mark a renewed collaboration between Mani Ratnam and Kamal Haasan after more than 3 decades.

However, there’s more. It looks like Jayam Ravi is going to have a bigger role in ‘Thug Life’, and not just a cameo experience. According to many media reports, Jayam Ravi may have something similar to, if not better than the role of Fahadh Faasil in ‘Vikram’. The official confirmation from the makers, though, is yet to come.

Thug Life is one of the multiple projects undertaken by Kamal Haasan. He will produce this film under his banner, ‘Raaj Kamal Films International’. The film will be directed by Mani Ratnam. For this, he is already in Siberia, to complete his portions in time before the upcoming elections. Interestingly, Kamal’s name in this film is Rangaraaya Sakthivel Naicker, which also hints at a possible tribute to the classic film ‘Nayakan’.

This film will star Kamal Haasan in the lead role. Gautham Karthik, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Joju George, Dulquer Salmaan, and Trisha are some of the actors who are confirmed to star in this film.
